Ehime University Study Support System

After admission to the Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences, various procedures related to taking courses, such as course enrollment and confirmation of grades are all carried out on the web through the Ehime University Study Support System. Students can also complete the procedures for course registration off-campus. Furthermore, they can check online various information including the registration period, class schedule, and various contact information.

Graduate student study room

The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences has graduate student study rooms to provide an environment where students can concentrate on their research. Each office is furnished with individual desks, shared personal computers and printers, providing each student with a study space individually divided by partitions. The office has a network environment that allows students to carry out their research using the internal and external research resources via the Internet. The space allocation will be decided after admission, taking into account the Division and Course to which the graduate students belong.

Various supports for Study Support System

The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences offers a variety of support programs as part of the Study Support System, including evening classes, long-term study, tuition waivers, and scholarships. Implementation of special provisions on educational methods specified in Article 14 of the Standards for Establishment of Graduate Schools

The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences implements special provisions on educational methods provided in Article 14 of the Standards for Establishment of Graduate Schools (day and night classes).

Long-term enrollment system

The Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences has introduced a long-term enrollment system. Eligible students are those who wish to enroll and complete the program in a planned manner over a three-year period past the standard period (i.e., two years) due to any circumstances such as having a profession. They only need to pay the two years’ tuitions over three years. Applicants should submit a prescribed application form at the time of admission processing.
